How can I disable the ring back tone from any telephone key?

I have a Hot Line for security porpouse, when I press the key 1 I make a automatic call to 'X' place but I want that when the key were press the telephone dont make any sound because it is in handfree mode. I want to disbale de ring sound make by the call from my telephone not de 'X' place's telephone.

I dont think that's possible. You could make the phone non-handsfree by changing the CLS to HFD.. maybe someone else has an idea?

is the ringback interferring with other people, you can change the cadence, you have 4 choice and the set in CLS, you have DRG1,2,3 and 4...

The ringback never change

The DRG is distinctive ringing on inbound calls.... I don't know what else to tell you, it can't be done!

What they are wanting to do is have the caller with the hotline button to not hear ring back. There is no way to do this on the set.

The only thing you can do is set the recieving end for handsfree and automatic answer back. You will still hear at least one ring. You may have to add a second set to that location for this but be careful you could run into some privacy issues.

You could do this with a separate phone - the one with the HOT key just has the speaker disconnected (the microphone would still pick up the audio in the area). The people at 3369 would hear the caller and dispatch security people if required.

Change the key to voice call and target the dn on the set that the hot d was pointed at. As long as the dn the voice call is pointed at is single app and is always idle the caller will not hear ringback tone. If handsfree the caller just presses the key The called party replys handsfree
