key programming on 6940 phones

hello all,

new MN3300 install release 8 service pack 2 s'ware level 14.0.2.26

customer has 6940 phones, whenever I programme an individual key the phone will reset and ask for its PIN. same happens if I change existing programming behind a key. copy/paste across phones works ok. anyone come across this before?

You will need to fill in the 'Phone Administrator Passcode'. This can be found at the System Security Form

Could you check the Main Version of the phone?

Phones older than a specific load do not properly upgrade
