Key Programing

I am trying to define a 'Message' Key on a TN. I get into Echg and enter Key 14 MWK 7111 at the Item prompt and get SCH0658 'Invalid DN type for MC DN' What am I entering incorrectly?

did you cls mwa first? 7111 is the number to your VM?

Yeah I got the error (don't remember the #) that prompted me to CLS the MWA. Yeah 7111 is the VM #.

the error says that 7111 is not the voice adn for mail.. in any acd group you can answer msg center dn yes, you have to for the mail answer dn..
