key program for PSTN Trunk

Hi,

I need to make program a Key to can access the PSTN trunk and See the Busy Indication when the trunk is seizure, How can i program it through OpenScape 4000 V7 system .

can i ask you why i can't make conference or transfer trunk to trunk when i'm using the float subscribers

Can you conference without using the float subscribers ?
Can you transfer trunk to trunk without using the float subscribers?

What I am asking is
Why would a customer need to monitor the status of one analog trunk from different sites ?
Is it because the trunk goes down ?

By and large the HiPath systems (3K and 4K) are Private Branch Exchanges - PBX/PABX
What you would need to see an analog line permanently is a keysystem.
HiPath will only do Keysystem Functionallity - not pure Keysystem.

yes, without key system i can make conference, transfer and everything.

but with keysystem i can't,

regarding why he need, expect that the work environment of them need to do that,

and advice.

I would try and make the float extension into a real extension and put it on the keysystem.
The conference may work then.
Also please re-examine all parameters that are in KCSU

What happens if the analog line fails ?
