I need to make program a Key to can access the PSTN trunk and See the Busy Indication when the trunk is seizure, How can i program it through OpenScape 4000 V7 system .
Hi,
You can set this up using Key System Functionality.
Example you are extension 1111
Setup TAPRO with 2 LINE keys on 1111
Add Float SBCSU extension 2222
Program using ADD-KCSU to have 2 line keys on 1111
one line key for 1111 and the other for 2222
Then you have to setup 2222 to only dial out on the analog line and for it to get calls from the analog line (DGTPR=2222)
At 1111 you press the key for 2222 and you dial out on behalf of 2222 - 2222 goes out on the analog line only.
If a call comes in on the analog line it rings 2222 which is a button on 1111 so it can ring there.

Hi BR,
Your PSTN Analog lines need to be setup correctly with the correct COT and COP for your territory
Some Carriers do not provide a clear down signal but others do it in different ways.
Trunk to Trunk transfer needs the parameter TTT in the COSSU for the Trunk and Devices transferring.
More parameters may be required.
Can you detail more information as to what happens - thanks

Thanks for your support,
i have the same problem with OSBIZ if have any idea
Please try the following COT/COPs by adding them in as a new COT/COP and then changing the relevant trunks to suit.
CHA-TACSUEN=XXX,COTNO=YY,COPNO=ZZ;
ADD-COP:2,DTMF&RLSB&RLSA&DITW&NTON&DTM1,TA,TA;
HANGE-COP:2,COPADD,,,,ANMOSIG,"COP FOR DIT ANALOGUE TRUNKS";
ADD-COT:2,RCL&XFER&CHRT&CEOC&CEBC&CPS6&BSHT&CECO&ICZL&ICZO&CTLS&NTON;
CHANGE-COT:2,COTADD,,ANMOSIG,"COT FOR DIT ANALOGUE TRUNKS";
The busy indication is only for the float extension that is using the line.
Only that extension should be able to use the line, then when the extension is busy it shows as the line being busy.
thats mean when i'm seizure this trunk be ldpln access code for this trunk, the busy indication of the float extension will not be give any busy indication??
That is correct, but you can remove the trunk from the general/everyone ldpln so as the float extension only picks it up.
A BLF/busy lamp field will show the status of extensions.
Idle, busy, being rung.
It is normally a software program installed for the operator on acwin.
You can get hardware blf for optiset with an extra power supply
It will show extensions also.
What is the underlying problem/requirement for the customer to be able to monitor a single trunk ?
Tell the client that you can not expect to monitor one analog trunk from multiple places.
What happens if that trunk goes down.
Get ISDN at least or SIP
The BLF would monitor extensions across a system that has multiple remote shelves.
One processor, multiple remote shelves connected via IP
