Hi everibody, I'm just login in your very interresting forum, I'm a tech on succession, we have just installed it last year, so I need a lot of help.
In first for the users, is it possible to set up a key on 3903 3904 I2004 i2007 to login directly on the call pilot serveur??(without password login )
Another one little thing , sorry for my bad english but I'm French!!!

You can set up a key on the phone to dial the voicemail number:
key xx mwk yyyy
where xx is the key and yyyy is the number you call to access voicemail.

Then, in Call Pilot, you can go into a users mailbox and in the section "DNs", there's an "Auto Logon" box next to the Extension DN that you can check off.

I think that's what you're asking...
Al

On your 3903's and 3904 your mwk is key 16, program key 16 mwk xxxx with xxxx=callpilot sdn.

after you enable auto login and auto play you need to 8* from the mailbox after you log in and enable it

that phone does not have a physical message key? the 3904 does and i don't use that model.. some on the soft key appear only when they are needed.. we don't see a transfer key unless we are on the the phone and the pick key only shows if a member of our pickup group is ringing..

The MWK key on a i2004 is a hard key located on the bottom row of the phone...its the one with the arrow pointing into a box ("Inbox")...located just to the right of the key with a picture of a book.

as you can see on my print the key 16 is mwk xxxx , I visited the FAQ on the call pilot logon question and found something, that we need to valid from the phone the auto logon facilities, so now when i dial the XXX i'm arrive directly on my mailbox it's Ok for that.
For the Key MWK is "the with the arrow pointing into a box ("Inbox")..." the 16 and why it doesnt work??
I've a lot of questions about the other key!!!

One of the thing you should check is to see why is the phone acquire? Its acquire as a TN...deacquire the phone...there's no need to have a I2xxx set acquire unless the set is an ACD set...but in this case its not.

Yes as you can feel it " i'm not sure that is correct " I've a tapi serveur for receiving the fax/voice mail into the outlook inbox but i dont know why AACS if i change it what's append ??

I'm about 80% sure that isn't correct...but what do I know...

First find out what equipment is attached or using ELAN 17...I'm suspecting that its CallPilot. If it is, you might have to run the Configuration Wizard to check and see what numbers are defined in the CDN information screen, or go to the SDN table and see if any of the DN from above are there...if yes, remove them.

Or, for testing purpose only...go to LD48 and run this command: DACR AGT TN (TN= L S C U format) that should deacquire the set...better yet, just create yourself a new phone and test that one.

Hi thank you that's fine now without change anything in SDN table..
