I'm having issues printing the flexible buttons.

TDE is detecting all the phones as the wrong model #. Is this normal?

If I change the phone type in the key label section, it reverts back if I disconnect from the TDE. Any label names and formatting I do get lost too.

Using the Save and Open features under Key Label File doesn't seem to do anything.

If none of this works... Is there a way to export all the Flexible buttons to CSV or something?

when you save the file, it saves as a csv on your pc, you have to reload it into the software if you close the tool

CSV file save and reload seems to be working today. OK. Thanks.

I found on this forum a trick to assign speed dial numbers to FWDs of DSS buttons, so that the name shows up on the label without manually typing it in... Is there a similar trick for COs? Not sure how "SCO-002" would be helpful to anyone.

Not found a way for co label or time service. normally do co key label and copy to all phones, then edit the rest of the keys if different on all phone
