Key Codes for CICS.

Hello,
Do you need key codes for the expansion card that will expand the stations from 16 to 24? Does anyone have a rough idea what one costs new? Thanks for the help.

yes you do need a key code . Prices differ so much. best thing you can do is contact your Nortel Provider and get a quote

You only need a key code if your s/w is restricted,but if you have standard s/w you don't need any key code.I hope that helps. Good Luck!

Yours is not restricted so not to worry, restricted allows 8 sets and you are allowed 16 so you have expanded allready so just purchase the card.

Like Curlycord mentioned above ,if you have a 16 extension ,then your s/w will allow you to add another card with no problem.To check your s/w ,under Maintenance ,you will see system version and thats will tell you exactely what you have. Good Luck!

Thanks guys,
I'm getting some info from a sales guy telling me that you have to get the key codes no matter what size it is. He just sold them a MOD and that was the end of it. He just saw $$$ signs. Thanks for the help.
