Key Clicks on SIP format 11XX phones

Are the Nortel key click, commonly referred to as "short clicks" on the CS1000, available on the 11XX series phones while in SIP format? The current option seems to only be DTMF tones. Is DTMF the only thing available for Dial Pad options in SIP format? You can also turn dial pad key clicks off on the CS1000 sets, but can you on the SIP sets?
