Do you know of any keyboard shortcuts in microsoft woord? For example combinatin of keys that produce things like smily faces. Where can I find a site that lists the lot?

You can assign your own shortcut keys

You can also do this through auto correct. Some are already there but you can copy any symbol and assign a key combo to it.
