ur keyboard needs sevicing

it is not really stuck
open the keytop of capslock and blow it hard
and alternatevaly use some isoprophyle alcohol to clean it

if it does'nt work u need to open the keyboard and rectify
 
or buy a new one. I've bought new ones for $10.00. It takes more than $10.00 of effort to get the covers off and on correctly. Ed Fair

This is a prank, your keybord is NOT stuck. Instead, you have caps lock turned on, and are trying to uppercase the the begining of every word by briefly holding the "caps lock" key! We're not stupid!

Hi Paul,
It looks like your keyboard goes to the inverse position.
If the cap key is locking up or goes in the inverse position, press "Shift, Alt and Enter"(together) and the inversion should disappear.
I hope my two cents (canadian) was worth it.
