KEY 00 on ACD

Here is my scenario. I am adding a phone to an ACD group. All is well except that under key 00 it looks different on one that is in use than the one I am trying to get going. Here is the one that is in production,

The one I am building has an AGT where the SUPY ACID is now located. I am not sure it is broken, but I just need to figure out how to get this "SUPY ACID xxxxx key 25" going I think. I am not sure what it does though. Thank You in advance. Mary

When you go to add the AGT key in, do you get any errors at all?

Are you able to post the one you are trying to add?

Build as an agt and then add cls = spv to make the phone a supervisor phone.

you didn't spid the set, or add the agent to the sup, either way, not service affecting.

key 35 just shows what key on the supvsr phone it appears on. when you add it to the supv set the key will reflect correctly

Like trvlr1 said just add this New ACD ID to the Supervisors phone then you will see it when you print.

Here is the station. When I go to the supervisors phone and try to add it. It says that it is already assigned. I am trying to assign it to the supervisor 7547 to her key 34. So I go ld 20, key 34 AGT 87611 and it gives me an error code. What do you think? Mary

On the agent's t.n. remove the SPID and then you should be able to add this agent to key 34 on the supervisors phone. Then when you print the agent's phone you'll see the SPID and key 0 with the right info.

Go to LD 20 and do a print of the agt ID. it looks like it may already exist on another supervisor phone. You would need to delete that entry, agents can only have one supervisor phone appearance at a time. If you have two supervisors you want to monitor the agent remove altogether and then get the supervisors to press the observe key then enter the agent id and both will have access.

is that the only spv in the switch? if so, someone has done echg on acd sets and you've got a minor checksum error.. (corruption).. happens when users change u/data, p/data has scores of links pointed to each acd set (file).. echg keeps the old filename, pointers don't auto correct..

John - What am I supposed to do about this? This is a brand new numbers. I may have used esch. I dont know. Should I remove it and rebuild it. Is it OK to copy them from another ACD phone? Let me know. Thanks, Mary

first of all, NEVER copy or change ACD, PERIOD. How many posts have there been written on this. You have corruption, you need to SYSLOAD...

remove the station and add it back, if that doesnt work, SYSload... push the RLD button on both cores at the same time...... You cant change and move acd stuff and not expect it to cause corruption....

go to LD 20 and do a prt of dnb for 87611 and post everything it prints here.

Here is the TN for 87611. 7611 is the DN where 87611 is the Agent ID#. 7587 is the ACD group # & 87547 is the supervisor ID. I put 87547 because that is what the other agents that are working had in their spid space with the same supervisor. THANK YOU, Mary

OK I got it I think. I removed the station, then added it back manually. I did not fill in the SPID number. Then I went to the supervisors station and added KEY 34 for AGT 87611. Then I noticed the supervisor was then added to the spid as one of you all said. It all seems to be working now. I will remember NOT to copy on an ACD. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!
