I have a 2616 phone set up as a Supervisor. When I installed the phone, we were able to log in once, then we logged out, and then when we go to log back in nothing happens when we press the In Calls key. The display just keeps saying "LOGGED OUT". If I go to another phone and log in with the Supervisor's Id I have no problems, I can successfully log her in/out multiple times. I have tried three different physical phones, de & re-acquired the agent, outed the phone and built it on a new TN, outed the user profile and rebuilt it, changed her agent id and login id, moved the phone to a new jack and provided a new line cord, checked system limits, ...anyone ever had this problem? No messages in the Alarm Monitor. Every other function/key works fine on her phone. Thx.
