kernel32.dll error with digi cam

I have a Sipix mini digital camera that uses the USB. When I first loaded it their was no problem. Now I keep getting the message that it has caused a page fault KERNEL32.dll and the program closes. I can still use it as a streaming video cam. Can anyone tell me whats gone wrong please.

Uninstall and reinstall it, and see if that helps.

What's the exact text of the error message(incl. 'Details')?

photoimpression caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 015f:bff7a379. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, a Google search did not produce any sites addressing the error with photoimpression(or photo impression) and kernel32.dll.

If the error occurs only when using that program, then the program is at fault and cannot be used. Check for a patch for it.
