Hi there,

Im trying to help a friend who's computer constantly is getting Kernal 32 errors and causing her system to run very slow as well as freeze. She has a Dell system and is running Windows ME.

What can she do to resolve these problems?

Thank you!

Some history would be useful (otherwise, just guessing - could be hardware, software, driver, virus, spyware or all & more related)

Have you tried system restore? Reverting registry? (scanreg /restore from ME boot floppy)

May need a reinstall of the o/s (over the top at least) - but more details please.
