KEM On A BCM Question

Hi
I have a customer that have A BCM 400 The Reception's is using a 1120E with 2 KEM the phone is power by a POE switch
the problem is the KEm buttons will disappare like it is not even attach to the phone.
i'm wondering if the Phone need to be power by an external power supply rather than the POE switch.

Make sure that you have the most recent core update patch loaded on the BCM. After it had been installed, force a firmware download to the set.
