I'm not sure what may be wrong, but I keep getting dch's 54 and 55 showing RLS then about 20 seconds later it shows EST? I'm not seeing any errors or counts show up in ld 60? Where else should I be looking? Is this a timing issue perhaps? Everything seems to be working OK....

Have you stated DCH in LD96? and what do you have any that don't currently have EST?

Cant be a timing error if you are not getting slips and hits on PRIs, look hard at the far end.

Assuming they are in use.

I don’t remember the exact message, but back on 3.0 when we were running on the BDCH the PDCH would go up and down over and over. I could just switch back to the PDCH and it would reestablish and work fine. The standby DCH (BDCH) always would act just fine while in standby mode.

Thanks for the thoughts - for whatever reason I decided to down and up the associated loop and it seems to have cleared it up? Not sure why or what though.
