Keep pop-up in front until closed

I'm working on a project for which my client wants a centered webpage with photos that pop-up in a smaller window centered on top. The problem is that if the user clicks on the visible edges of the parent window, the photo window dissapears behind and is 'lost'. Is there a way to keep the pop-up photo window in front until the user closes it?

In the body tag of your pop-up window,

onBlur="self.focus()"

Should work fine.
