Keep Objects together

I have multiple column report and I would like to keep the objects together, but I am getting either title or phone number for the person on the second column.

This is what I'd like to see:

GH1 DeptName
GH2a @NAME
GH2b Title
D PHONE

This is what I have it now:

GH 1 DeptName Title
GH 2a @NAME PHONE

or

Any suggestions?

Check your section expert. I believe that there is a check in the "underlay following sections" box.

The problem is in the section expert. Make sure that none of the GH1 sections are marked with "underlay following sections" and that none are indicated with multiple records.

Are you sure you want the data in a group header and not the details section?

Hello,

When I put everyhtin to the Detail section the gop names repeating with every name. And just need to show one time the dept name and then all people with that department.
May be I am doing something wrong?

You are correct to put the group names in the group header section. I assume that each person can have more than one phone number and that is why you put the phone in the details section.

Please check the section expert for GH1. Make sure that "underlay following sections" is not checked. Your example indicates that it is.

I checked and "underlay following sections" is not checked.
Yoa are correct about that one person can have more than one phone number. Any more ideas? Thank you for yout replies.
