Hello,

My customer has a BCM50 R6.0 that is set so the auto attendant answers all incoming calls on zero rings.

They are a veterinary clinic that stays open 24/7.

Morning, afternoon, evening and non-business greetings are all presently set to greeting 1 and the time schedules are at default.

They want to change this setup so they can play a "we are currently closed" greeting on demand since there are rare times now when they close for a few hours.

I realize a non-business greeting will need to be recorded and can then be activated on demand in F982.

But how do I prevent the non-business greeting from playing during the night as it follows the time schedules?

Do I set all the non-business greeting times to 12:00 AM since the morning greeting is set to 12:00 AM ?

Yes, that be the trick!

When you have 2 of them set for the time it will be the 2nd one in line that plays.
