keep losing internet connection when I reboot

Hi, I just recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate and I'm having issues when I reboot the computer my network card doesn't work. Sometimes I can get by with the disable and then enable it again and my connection is back up. If that doesn't work I have to uninstall it and then reboot the computer and Windows 7 installs it again, will then work fine again until I reboot, any ideas? Thanks.

IPv4 connectivity: no internet access
IPv6 connectivity: no internet access
media state: enabled

Hi

Check and see if you have a program installed named "Bonjour Services".

It is installed along with ITunes and some Adobe software.

This has been a problem since the beginning and as far as I know hasn't been resolved yet.

Uninstall it and your problems go away, at least it did on the 3 computers that I have Windows 7 on. All I had to do was uninstall it through control panel but if you have trouble you can check this link.

Similar to what "Nocandu" has suggested, if you test from "Safe Mode with Networking" do you have the same problem?

Are there any Windows 7 updated drivers for your Network Card?

Hi, thanks for the help, I checked and had no Bonjour Services installed on mine. I did try to update my driver from the Asus site and it's been hit and miss. I really don't reboot that often so just have to live with it. The latest driver seems to sometimes work when I reboot and other times I just have to uninstall it reinstall again. I have not tried safe mode yet but will give that a shot too, thanks for the help.

I just looked again and noticed under my program files x86 I do have the Bonjour Services installed, thanks for telling me, going to remove it now.

BTW remove the tick for IPv6 that should fix it.
