Good day

Anyone have some advise for me?
We have a E1 circuits going to Cisco routers, and at least twice a day I must restart the program units, TLP60 & SLP60.

the lines show Idle and Busy, and it is usually on the first and last 3 trunks.

Best regards

What revision of software? Do you have many lost signals (HIMDP)?

Hi HIMDP and Satellite

its TSWsp03, will upgrade, its a 13 LIM system with remote LIMS.

I keep getting alarm code 2, and that is when it happens.
It seems the programs execution times out.
This only started recently, we had a link down, and there was rerouting done on the routers, I suspect trunks mismatching.

This works fine:
ROCAI:ROU=158,SEL=7110000000000010,TRAF=00040414,TRM=5,SERV=3110000011,BCAP=111111,SIG=111110000031;
RODAI:ROU=158,TYPE=SL60,VARC=00000310,VARI=15400000,VARO=06300000;
RODDI:DEST=16,ROU=158,SRT=1,ADC=160600000000025010600100110;
in the case also controls:
aspac:parnum=66,parval=1;
aspac:parnum=223,parval=7;

Print HIMDP will give you more info for you error code 2. SP 3 is a little out of date [bigsmile]

Just To complete the information
the configuration that I have written is of a system TSW SP3, it works correctly

Hi,
Did the above happen after you implemented the route data changes suggested by satellite1900?
If you have changed the data and the problem is still happening, then I can only suggest an upgrade to the latest service pack.

The lost signals in HIMDP which are causing the circuits to hang are CLRLIN (Clear Line) from SLP60 to TLP60. As these signals are thrown in the trash because of EXECUTION TIMEOUT (program loop) the clear down sequence is broken and the circuits hang. A patch would be required to fix this issue and an upgrade will probably fix this.

Hi HIMDP

I did do a additional route yesterday, I inherited this system, so I programmed my own route as I always have for Cisco, I move the circuit this morning, lets see if it will sort out the signalling.
I agree the clearing signal has an issue, and as I said before, this started happening after the router guys reconfigured the routing due to a router that went down.

Will keep you guys updated!

Thank you!

Let us know how are the rehearsals with the configuration that I gave you yesterday.
But if you say that the problem originated with the new configuration of the router, then I do not think that the problem is the pbx Ericsson
update us
