Keep folders open after reboot.

After installing IE6 windows stops keeping open folders on desktop after reboot. From what I've read it's by design. Is there a way to revert it back to what it was?

Sorry if this question was asked before, it's hard to search for this particular subject (folders, desktop, open, reboot?).

Allright, half a year later I found an answer:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\PersistBrowsers dword set to 1.

Just like in XP.
