Hello everyone!
Trying to find a way for operators to keep a call active while still working (even if not on the phone) on a received call.
Wrap up time doesn't work as they never know how long they need.
Billing charges per minute so leaving the call active would be great.
Also.. they are set to Auto Answer.. so if they stay 'connected' they won't be presented with calls..(right now they're using DND).
Any suggestions?
