hi all, can KDS in Simphony send notify using extention apps when we click done in kds display automatic send notif to anywhere like notif no mobile or email.
I replied to your email but for other peoples information. The only reliable way to get the KDS order status is to use the KDS status from the Transaction Services API.

Id be interested if anyone has actually found this transaction services useful... We have tried many different things, I can see it useful for tables and letting people know when their table is ready.
We attempted to use it with jtech pagers, and it works... but you have to go in and assign each server with a pager number. Seems impossible to automate through the micros workstations... maybe someone else had better luck, or took the time to write a script that automated the assignment of pagers to waitstaff. If you have let me know, may be worth a look.
Transaction Services in 3700 is very basic and primarily designed to just allow you to create and close checks.
