KCCIS Configuration error

Hi Sirs,

I have 10 KCCIS License for both of my NEC SV9100 PABX in the middle of my configuration, following the manual, i encountered the error, shown.
on the ''Start port'' i input : 5
And on the Number of ports i input : 24. when i click APPLY error displayed.

Possible cause?

Go into webpro and look and see.

Yeah, I would guess the issue is either your system port licensing, or behind the error box you have something other than KCCIS.
