I have saved the report by UNCHECKING the option "Save Data with Report" so it works fine when the reports are launched for the first time.
But if I dont close the browser and launch the report again, it displays the report from the cache and does not execute the SQL query.
I found there is an option which can be set on Crystal Management Consoile under Cacheserver i.e Database Refersh which I have set it to 0 minutes and restarted the services.
But still on launching the reports, the SQL query gets fired for the first time but not subsequently unless the parameter values are changed.
Is there anywhere we could force the reports to get refreshed everytime they get launched. ( other than manually hitting the lightning bolt button after the reports get launched ).
the problem has been fixed. I have found a workaround solution from crystal decision support to fix it.
I have created a dummy parameter on the reports and pass random number everytime I call the report which will force the Job manager to fir the SQL query and not retrieving the reports from the Cache.
