I've been reading here for the last month and found a lot of great tips. Thanks guys.

I was really nervous and thought about postponing, but I'm glad I didn't.

I scored a 961. I think that's pretty good.

Some tips for future test takers:

1. Keep track of time.
2. Know subnetting cold.
3. Know how data moves through a network and in what form (packet, frame, etc)
4. Know password commands.
5. Know how to configure a router quickly

Thanks for the tips, I've just started studying for this exam recently. And congratulations on the pass.

Great feedback! I am glad you didn't postpone but appreciate the anxiety you probably were feeling. I sit for the CCENT on 1-28-08. I feel pretty good about subnetting but you never know what I'll get.

Congrats!

Firstly Congrats on passing!

Could you please tell me what study materials you used, if you dont mind.

I've just got the Todd Lammle 6th study guide and the Cisco study guide for CCNA which came as Library pack of two books (ICND1 & ICND2), on Amazon.

Thanks.

I have previous training & experience from the military. But most recently, I took a class as part of my degree. I read an old Cisco Press CCNA 1 & 2 book. Then, I read the ICND 1 book. I took all the tests in both books, too. And, I did some practice with Packet Tracer.
