My problem has been solved !
(actually it wasn't a problem...)
It was the WSS version and i'd recommend you all to work and to use only the one with the sp2.

Hello,

Glad to hear your installation is going fine now, sometimes it can be tricky. Using the latest servicepacks can be both good and bad . Sometimes they fix a lot of issues, but gives you new ones instead. We have been running WSS and SPS SP2 for a while now and it seems to work without any issues.
