I have Juno megamail on my laptop. Yesterday ALL my emails disappeared from my folders and showed up in a 'restored' file. It appears to do it at shutdown/restart. Should I reinstall Juno? If so, will I lose all my stored messages?

Just before this happened I ran A-squared to get rid of spyware etc. I had a trojan that it removed as well. Did that cause this issue?? Thanks

Jlevan, try calling Juno support.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.

Use the JUNO backup wizard.

GO to C:\program Files\Juno \bin

Look for a program called JunoSave

Follow the prompts

I would recommend doing the steps previously mentioned, and also look in windows Explorer and drill down to the juno folder and there is a sub folder named "user0000" or something to that effect, in that folder there is a large file that is your "e-mail" if it is big you may want to "get rid" of some of the older files and or delete some of the attachments

I don't recommend doing that for JUNO MegaMail.
JUNO compresses the e-mail file.
It is very simple and or easy to delete files right from the JUNO program.
