Junk E-mail Folder Moved

Hi there,

I have a strange problem. One of the user on my network has reported that the Junk E-mail folder is missing. After looking at the problem on client's machine, i have located the folder.

It's now located under the 'Notes' folder. I cannot move it back and I have tried the 'refolders' command, which did not work.

I am at a loss! Can anyone help?

Hi guys,

I managed to sort out the problem:

Had to download : MFCMapi tool. This allow me to delete the folder and the when I re-open outlook the Junk E-mail folder re-created itself in the correct location.

Hope it helps if anyone else has the same problem.
