Juniper switch issues?

Good day! In a cost saving measure management decided to use Juniper switches whenever possible. As the low-level phone guy I only design, build and maintain the phones going on them. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but it seems we have allot more phone failures when they're on the Junipers compared to Cisco switches. Too often a brand new/never used (but old) phone (7942's and 7962's as an example) won't work when plugged in after programming or they soon will go off-line and can't be used. Sometimes switching ports will bring them back on-line but usually not. I've proved it to be the phones and not the ports as another phone will work in that port. Please let me know if there's something I can do or that I'm doing wrong. Usually the phones will say registration rejected or they just keep trying to boot up.
Thanks as always for your help.

I'm not a Juniper person, but the first thing I would do is look at the switches power configuration. The switch may not be supplying the correct power to each port and/or could be over subscribed on power across the entire chassis of the switch.

If you were using a Cisco Switch with a Cisco Phone you could rely on CDP to work most of the power configuration issues out.
