Guys... I would like to know if there is a substitution for a device file (c0t0d0s0) if it is not known at the time of creating a PROFILE file for a jumpstart server.

I was told a while ago to use rootdisk, but is doesn't work.

Thanks.

This works for me;

install_type initial_install
system_type standalone
partitioning explicit
cluster SUNWCXall
filesys rootdisk.s0 1024 /
filesys rootdisk.s1 1024 swap
filesys rootdisk.s3 2048 /var
filesys rootdisk.s4 2048 /opt
filesys rootdisk.s5 2048 /usr
filesys rootdisk.s6 free /export/home

Maybe you did not put the rootdisk.s# to specify the slice

Thanks
