We are preparing to replace our Modular Messaging system with ESNA Officelinx (virtual servers and SIP). When I make a call to the ESNA system from a digital or analog phone, the audio rarely skips. When I make a call from an H.323 phone, throughout the call, the RTP flow skips between different MedPros (which are all in different network regions). I thought the call was suppose to stay in the same network region. What am I missing?
