I have a jump group of seven people, each telephone has an it deviated singular to telephone head of the jump group.
The problem is the jump group only make two jumps. Only sound the first and the second phone, but the call never arrives to the third phone and more.
Somebody know that it can happen?

best regards.

What is a jump group ?

How is this programmed / configured .
Some printouts would have been nice .

Never heard of it .

Hi SRAD,
are you talking about a group with multiple diversion - it sounds like this. If A is diverted to B an B to C and so on, the diversion takes place only one time and both telephones (depending on ASPAC) are ringing. There is no possibility, in general, to change that.

He's talking about a Hunting Group.
I know this, because in Spanish, Hunting Group is "Grupo de salto" or Jumping Group... :)

I guess he has a CDINI in each extension toward the Hunting Group Number, and when a call enters that group, rings first on one telephone and, if not hanged up, on another, but not on a third one.

Srad, that's beacause a Hunting Group (not Jump Group) doesn't make the call rings in ciclying mode in all telephones until one of them hung up the call. Only diverts the call initially to one of the members (when it's no busy).
The "jump" has to be programmed by you with the CDINI, but this only works once. Second CDINI is ignored as all seconds CDINIs in the MD.

I don't know if there's a way to change that.

Bye!

....I meant Group Hunting, not Hunting Group... ;-)

SRAD, Can you provide the following:

GHDAP:GRP="GROUP THAT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH";
CDIDP:DIR="GROUP NUMBER AND ALL EXTENSIONS LISTED ABOVE";
KSFKP:DIR="GROUP NUMBER AND ALL EXTENSIONS LISTED ABOVE";

Then re-advise exactly what is not working.

it reads to me that SRAD is talking about no multidivert at BC10 which is not as functionality. SRAD you need to rethink your call distribution, as per ASHRADS comment you can only have one 'hop' at BC10 with CDINI.

Perhaps it's programmed as RID .

srad ! Is it PELPI programming on these numbers ?
