I believe PErvasive.SQL 7.5 supported a JCL and JDBC driver. I would however recommend updating to 7.94 (last version of the P.SQL 2000 versions).

Actually, I would strongly recommend patching. It's not an "Upgrade" but an "Update". It does not cost to go from 7.5 to 7.94.
If you absolutely, must use 7.5, I would recommend ASP and ODBC.
