jre.exe error 3

On executing an SQR in Brio I keep getting the message "jre.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program."

The SQR appears to run ok but I then "Failed to create..." relating to the htm file. On examining the data which the report acts upon, I find that the report has indeed run and carried out actions according to the programming.

Is this a known problem and is there anything I need worry about?
