Joker playing with 911 1

We have someone making prank calls to 911. Our system G3r6si with attendant console. I'm searching the site for a way to find the punk but could use some timely help

A bit more info, in ars ana 11 is defined as emer, 911 is svcl, I've added a crss-alrt button to the console but still figuring out how it works

Change the item in ars to "alrt" and then crss-alrt will give you the station number that is making the call.

We found the person ( it was from a Rockwell switch at the same site ) but I will make the change you recommend.
