Join Multi-dimensional and Relational Data?

I have access to some cubes that I want to join to relational data. Can anyone suggest how I could/should go about that?

What I want to do is expose data from a cube and a relational store, together. For instance, I have sales data in a cube and planning data in a relational store. Both have SKUs.
I have full control over the relational store, but am only a consumer of data from the cube.
I want to show the sales and planning measures together at the SKU level. I imagine the presentation would be SSRS, but I am open to suggestions.

SSRS you can have multiple data sources. The issue is bringing the data together. Situations like this are usually handled by building a Budget cube and linking the 2 in SSAS based on their common dimensions.
