Jobs won't stop running

I am running NBU 4.5 DC SSO and one of my media servers has two jobs that won't stop. They are not writing any info weither. I have tried everything to get them to stop short of rebooting the media and master server. Anyone have any ideas.

Have you ran /usr/openv/netbackup/bpps -a, and tried to kill the process associated with the backup schedule?
