Jobs still active but not processing?

I have Arcserve 2000 Version 7.0 Build 1100. My server is Win2K SP2. I am backing up Exchange 5.5 SP3. I use the Arcserve Exchange backup Agent to backup the individual mailboxes.

The problem is that more often than not the backup job will stop during during the individual mailboxes. The job is still active in Arcserve but there is no ASRUNJOB.
This is obviously rather annoying?

Any ideas?

If dosnt help do it folloving stop engines,go to 0000001.qvd,delete job wchich is hangs,restart engines.
Please do it copy of files which you will delete.
