Job Tracking Software

Greetings,
I am using InDesign in a print envirnment. I need some kind of job tracking software. Something where I can
enter Job naeme, Customer name, Date In, Description, design specs, paper type, quantity, due date, etc.

I am not looking for time management or time tracking, but rather just straight job tracking--where is the job now and what are it's specs.

Any clues would be great.

If you're using Creative Suite, have you looked into Version Cue? It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but at least it connects all your Adobe programs together.
