I´ve looked on Veritas homepage but hasen´t found a solution to this problem.<br><br>Our backup-program is Backup Exec 8.0 and the device is a sony tape-robot. On the "backup-clients" we use the agent to speed up the backup-process.<br>The job status shows "pending" all the time. why? <br>It acts as if it doesn´t mount the tapes or something. <br><br>We haven´t been able to take a proper backup for over a week, I can bet a user starts asking for some missing documents any minute.<br>The person responsible is on vacation and everything was allright when he left.
