Job pending

I am having issues trying to run a job on my exchange server. It is backing up my public folders, I get the following error:

Loss of control process ExPubStartBackup.exe.

I have seen this error, before but I just restarted the services on the client and resumed the job and it would work. I am running Commvault 6.1.0 with the latest service pack

I would do a Right Mouse Button on the job in the Job Controller and select View Log Files. In the cvd.log you could find more information. If there is a Dangling Job detected you have to reboot the Exchange server. You can also try to configure a Data Interface Pair between the Exchange server and the Media Agent. Type IP adresses instead of names.

Yea I did all that. I fixed it, I just haven't had time to update the thread. It was a stupid issue on my part. I had to update the password on the account I used to backup the exchange server.
