Job Log 1

I installed Brighstor again on our server. I create a backup and it successfully finishes, How dow I check the job log for previous completed backups? Is there a setting to save the job logs? I currently am printing them out, but I will like to have it on file as well. Thank you.

depends on the version you are running, but you should find them in the log subdirectory where arcserve is installed.

Im running Brightstor r11.1 (Build 3100)

Under C:\program files\CA\Brightstor Arcserve Backup\Log

I see many log files but I dont see the job logs.

What is the name of the job log file? I dont see anything with job.log

jxxxxxxx.log - individual job logs for individual jobs.

I dont have those log files. How do I configure brighstor to generate these "jxxxxxxx.log" files?

Do you have in the log folder a ca_user_logs/caroot ?
