Job Engine Fails to start after Registering ?

Gentlemen,
I just recently reregistered my Arcserve licensing, along with SP4, however after rebooting the server, I cannot start the "Job Engine"

Any idea's ?

HI,

This could be because the registration process was not successful...

1. Try starting the job engine with the ARCserve system
account...
if this does not resolve the problem...

stop the "Discovery Service" and the "Event Log watch "service

rename the ca_lic folder on the root of C:
look for a utility called silent.bat on the ARCServe CD
run this utility ....

re-register ARCServe...

Thanks for your info, I was remotely configuring the server in question for Arcserve, it turns out the customer in question, installed the wrong product, they had installed Advanced Edition instead of Workgroup Edition.
