Job crashes and restarts from beginning in a loop

Hi all,
I have a problem with 11.5sp1.
This has just started happening, when backing up servers across the lan, the job backs up the first server then flicks up crashed and restarts the job again in an endless loop.
We are using the windows agents, open file agents, and an overland fibre tape library.
There are no errors in the activity log of the job.

Any info would be much appreciated.

this is usually symptomatic of either a corrupt job or corrupt job queue, similar problems reported in this post with good solutions provided:

I've created a new job without success.
I have also saved the jobs, deleted the qsd folder and imported them back in.
Still no joy.
The job just keeps running the first (node 1 of 44).

44 nodes in a single job is quite a lot (even though there is no documented limit), try dropping the first node out of the job to see if it is specific to this node, or whether it is just something potentially caused by having too many nodes in the same job - in which case you'd have to contact CA for help.

BTW importing a saved job could very well just be re-introducing corruption if the job is fundamentally corrupt.
