We are useing servers as cashiers and each server does their own checkout at end of day. I would like to set up a Fictitious cahier so other servers can process the credit card of another server without allowing them the ability to close. Which boxes should I check in the job code screens?

I am trying to expidite the check out process by allowing the hosstess to authorize credit cards and have the guest sign the slip thru get check. However I do not want to give the hostess permission to close them. I am able to shut down accepting cash but the system still allows them to close the credit cards. When I put a check in box for can not close it shuts down get check permission. I could ask them not to close it but I know they will.
