jnbSA fails with java errors

I am using netbackup datacenter 4.5.
I have installed Reflection X software on my laptop running Windows XP. When I export the display to may laptop and runs jnbSA, I get java errors. But my colleague has winXP too and he does not have the problem running jnbSA. We are also using same version of Reflection X. Any clues on this?

me too - any ideas out there - i'm using (for the first time) a non-root user after following the destructions in sys admin guide (set up group etc) Worked for for my user id, but not a newly created one.

back again - I swapped x displays to another "good" server that i run jnbSA on (as root). the new user now works ok on the good server. I guess its something to do with gnome 2 on solaris 8. thanks - threeta
