What is the max. filesystem size limit with JFS filesystems? I know JFS2 can be up to a petabyte. Can JFS go over 2Tb?

An infinite number of monkey typing at an infinite number of keyboards will eventually populate the internet.

According to my AIX 5L System Admin I book:

JFS:
Max File Size is 64 Gigabytes
Maximum File System Size 1 Terabyte

The standard JFS filesystems running on AIX 5L supports 64GB files and 1TB filesystems

Maximum file size in JFS2 is 1TB and filesystems can go up to 4 TB

With default value of nbpi =4096 fs max size limit is infact 64 GB
Change default value of nbpi to 8096 and enjoy crossing this maximum value of filesystem size on jfs
